BQuick provides you with a US warehouse address. You shop online using this address, we receive your package and ship it to Ivory Coast.
By air: typically estimated at 5 to 7 business days. By sea: typically estimated at 3 to 4 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and times start from when the package leaves our warehouse.
Costs are calculated based on your package weight, item category, and chosen shipping method (air or sea).
You can pay by uploading a transfer receipt, by card, or with Mobile Money (Orange Money, Wave). Cash is also accepted at pickup.
If you can't order directly from a US website, you can ask us to make the purchase for you. Submit a request with the product link and we'll send you a quote.
Yes! Our reverse shipping service allows you to send items from our Abidjan store to a US address.
Log in to your customer portal and visit the 'Tracking' page. You can search by item code or tracking number. You'll also receive WhatsApp notifications at each status change.
