BQuick provides you with a US warehouse address. You shop online using this address, we receive your package and ship it to Ivory Coast.
By air: 5 to 7 business days. By sea: 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery times start from when the package leaves our warehouse.
Costs are calculated based on your package weight, item category, and chosen shipping method (air or sea).
We accept credit card payments (Stripe), mobile payments (PawaPay/Orange Money/Wave), and cash payments at pickup.
If you can't order directly from a US website, you can ask us to make the purchase for you. Submit a request with the product link and we'll send you a quote.
Yes! Our reverse shipping service allows you to send items from our Abidjan store to a US address.
Log in to your customer portal and visit the 'Tracking' page. You can search by item code or tracking number. You'll also receive WhatsApp notifications at each status change.
