1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BQuick's services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
BQuick provides cross-border logistics services between the United States and Ivory Coast, including package forwarding, shipping from Abidjan, e-commerce, and shop-for-me services.
3. Liability
BQuick handles your packages with the utmost care but is not liable for damage caused by third-party carriers, customs inspection, or force majeure. Customs duties, taxes, and any charges levied by the authorities of the origin or destination country are the customer's responsibility. Items seized or held by customs or any authority are outside BQuick's control.
4. Pricing and Payment
Rates are calculated from weight, item category, and shipping method, and the admin price set at reception is the source of truth. Cross-border charges are billed in USD (with a CFA reference); BuyLow orders are billed in CFA. Bills are confirmed per product and may be paid in any number of installments by the sender, receiver, or an administrator — payment is independent of delivery. Refunds, chargebacks, and currency corrections are reviewed and settled manually by our team; the platform never auto-credits.
5. Prohibited Items
You may not ship illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or anything prohibited by Ivorian or US law or by the carrier. BQuick may refuse, return, or dispose of any prohibited item, and items seized by customs or law enforcement will be marked as seized; BQuick is not liable for their loss and any fees incurred remain payable.
6. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your information with unauthorized third parties.
